Shipping and Returns Policy

When are the orders shipped ?

Our orders are processed within 2 business days (not during week-ends and major holidays) and shipped within 3 business days.

Who will deliver the orders ?

Orders to USA and APO/FPO locations will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS depending on the location and weight. US locations may take 10 days, but are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days, overseas locations may take up to 30-45 days. Delivery times to APO/FPO locations vary greatly.

Do we provide international shipping ?

Outside of the USA, Frenchica only ships to Canada.

What is the shipping costs ?

It depends on the weight and destination for US orders under 60$ and all orders to Canada. Shipping cost for orders under 60$ generally cost 5 to 11$ (for USA). Shipping for orders over 60$ is free (for USA). For Canada, orders under 60$ are charged 15$, and 20$ over 60$.

How do our customers get the tracking number and shipping confirmation ?

Tracking details will appear in your shipment confirmation email (check your spams), and in your order history on frenchica.com, after your order is shipped.

Cancelled orders

Occasionally, orders are cancelled for various reasons such as duplicate order, cannot ship to address, impossibility to process payment. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice with the explanation (check your spams). You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order before placing a new one, please notify customer service via email at salut@frenchica.com.

Damaged shipping

If your package has arrived damaged, please mention it during the delivery (or refuse the delivery if possible). If you have accepted the delivery, please notify customer service via email (with photos of the products and the original packaging + shipping box to livraison@frenchica.com along with your order number). Please do it within 3 days of delivery.

Your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.

We are not responsible for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address.  We will not resend products for packages marked as delivered. 

Missing orders

If your order is missing, please email us with your order number to livraison@frenchica.com. Before that, if you live in an apartment community, please double check your mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier, we only have access to the same delivery information that was indicated in the order.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns policy for general dissatisfaction. All sales are final.

Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. If there are missing items, please email us with your order number to livraison@frenchica.com within 3 days of delivery. No refund or returns will be accepted from the 4th day of delivery.

To report defective/incorrect items after reception, please email photos of the products and the original packaging + shipping box to livraison@frenchica.com along with your order number. Your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.
