Effortless secrets for a good skin and nice hair

Hi guys,

I’ve been silent lately but it’s for a reason. Building a great brand like Frenchica takes time, effort, funds and connections. I’ve been busy developing my network, because I’m really convinced about the quality of what I’d like to propose you very soon. But while doing so, I haven’t forgotten you all.
Frenchica products will be out in 2025 hopefully but meanwhile, I have decided to share some of my family secrets.

It’s taken time to realize that I’m lucky enough to have a nice skin and healthy hair that don’t require efforts to take care of. But while I call that luck, it may not only be luck and heredity… I may benefit from good habits taken by my ancestors for centuries maybe.

If you look at the photo I’m providing, I may seem to be bragging (OK a bit I admit :)), but what I’m really showing is that I obviously don’t seen to age that much (it may come later though), and if I look at how my mum ages, I have good hope to follow her path. And what is sure is that I have always seen her have very simple skincare and haircare routine. I’ve decided to adopt the same attitude regarding beauty. Less is more 🙂
During my childhood, when we were a family newly resettled in France, we had very few product options thought specially for our skin and hair type. So even if we bought some of the available products because we had to, my mum always tried to take back from her trips to Africa some raw ingredients that she had been using for long and seen the women of her family use while she was living there.

She used those butters and oils to take care of my skin and hair, specially during winter time, when it was so hard to maintain proper hydration. She sometimes mixed them in small preparation before she braided my hair, or put a drop of oil on my skin or hair at night.

I’ve kept some of those habits while trying to buy some luxury products when I grew older. I noticed that the less products I used, the healthier my skin and hair was. I’m not saying we don’t need anything, but I think we need the right products, and when we don’t have them available, we can use very simple things that nature has provided. Africa has plenty of those incredible products. I know some farmers that would love to make them available for us by the way. I’m working on the possibility to propose them on our website too.

This is why before I propose Frenchica products (complex or raw), I have created a guide containing 4 very simple recipes to maintain good hair and skin for decades.
You can download it on the main website page. I’ve chosen to propose only very simple recipes, because cosmetics is complex and requires chemical knowledge and precaution. So you will only need to read carefully the guide, take all the precaution necessary and then, you’ll be able to make simple products that will make your skin and hair look great.

Don’t hesitate to test them and let us know how it went. You can also spread the word around you.

Take care ya’ll, xxx

Bilguissa
